Hi, Kim,
Sharing with you what I sent for the Guests' Choice Award nomination:
Kim responds to queries with lightning speed ! No question or customer concern is too trivial for her. We were very pleased with our first encounter with Kim in 2017 for Greek Island Hopper, so, for our recent Best of Israel tour this May 2019, Kim was, hands down, our travel agent of choice. We could not have found a better agent ! We were experiencing technical issues with our payment channel, and risked losing our seats altogether given the tight deadline; Kim patiently stayed beyond her normal office hours and was at work early the following day to see things through until our payment finally got confirmed.
In terms of coordinating details of travel arrangements -- from rooming options to payment mode to airport transfers, she is very competent and efficient. Kim makes good things happen for us travellers !
For us who are based here on the opposite side of the globe (!) to choose Kim should speak volumes ! She has far surpassed what we expected our local travel agent to do but failed to deliver. We are eagerly awaiting our next Trafalgar trip, and we know she will not disappoint !
