"We just completed the Atlantic and Canada coast cruise on the Viking expedition ship, the Polaris.  Beautiful and well-maintained ship, fantastic crew who couldn't do enough for everyone on board, and interesting ports to explore.  Our ports included Charleston, Norfolk, New York City, Halifax, Cape Breton Island, Quebec City, Trios-Rivieres, ending with sailing the St. Lawrence Seaway and disembarking in Toronto.  We had a wonderful time!  We definitely appreciated all that our travel agent, Kim Brown, did to make this a successful and enjoyable trip.  She's very responsive and helpful, knowledgeable and caring.  The best!

"Hi Kim, just a quick note, just returned from the vacation you handled for me last night and wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time! The excursions, accommodations and food were more than I expected.  We were very lucky and had great fellow travelers with us.  However, I just wanted to make sure you knew that our tour director was absolutely amazing!!! He took care of everything, we were never clueless as to what was going on, he explain everything we were going to do, etc.  He even got our intra country air tickets and luggage tags the night before we were doing our flights!
That you again for your help.
    Rita "

    Hi, Kim,

Sharing with you what I sent for the Guests' Choice Award nomination:

Kim responds to queries with lightning speed !  No question or customer concern is too trivial for her.  We were very pleased with our first encounter with Kim in 2017 for Greek Island Hopper, so, for our recent Best of Israel tour this May 2019, Kim was, hands down, our travel agent of choice. We could not have found a better agent ! We were experiencing technical issues with our payment channel, and risked losing our seats altogether given the tight deadline; Kim patiently stayed beyond her normal office hours and was at work early the following day to see things through until our payment finally got confirmed.

In terms of coordinating details of travel arrangements -- from rooming options to payment mode to airport transfers, she is very competent and efficient.  Kim makes good things happen for us travellers !

For us who are based here on the opposite side of the globe (!) to choose Kim should speak volumes !  She has far surpassed what we expected our local travel agent to do but failed to deliver.  We are eagerly awaiting our next Trafalgar trip, and we know she will not disappoint !

    "Hi Kim!

Now that my jet lag has cleared, I wanted to take a moment to tell you what a FABULOUS time we had in Italy.  Perillo Tours was excellent, as was YOUR service from start to finish!  I will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

The attached is a photo from our hotel room balcony in Sorrento.  What a view!

    Many thanks! Helen"

    "Hi, Kim.

Just wanted to say our trip went very well.  We got home safely.

We enjoyed the CIE tour.  They hit all the high spots.  The Ashling Hotel  was lovely and was right near the LUAS tram stop.  Didn't spend much time in the Grand Canal, but it was nice.  The Dooley in Waterford was an old hotel which is fine.  Only problem was we had a room at the back of the hotel under the eaves.  It was very hot and there was no ac.  We opened our window at the top (slanted out) to see stagnant water standing in the area right outside the window.  There were even weeds growing in it.  The street had a pub or club  right across from our window and it was very noisy.  People shouting, etc.  they might want to find a different hotel.  We did see one a few blocks away that might have been better.

The hotel in Galway, the Westwood House will be torn down the end of this year for University lodgings to be built.  We could tell as the rooms aren't being repaired, service wasn't that good, etc.  I know CIE will be changing hotels for next year, but it might have been wise to change sooner.

Ireland is beautiful and the people were wonderful.  All in all, a great trip.

I hope to contact you again one day about a new adventure.

Thank you for all your help.
